Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Knowledge Grabber (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
Knowledge Grabber lets users turn Slack conversation threads into structured documentation. When a user reacts with a trigger emoji, the Service reads that thread, generates a draft document using AI, and—after your review and approval—can publish it to a connected destination such as GitHub, Notion, or Confluence.
3. Accounts & access
Access requires installing the Slack app and authorizing the requested scopes. You are responsible for activity within your workspace and for keeping your access secure. You must comply with Slack’s terms and those of any destination you connect.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your Slack content and the documents generated from it. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (fetching threads, generating documents, and publishing approved documents). See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or exceed plan limits through abuse. We may suspend access for violations.
6. AI-generated output
Documents are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. The Service presents them as drafts for human review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any document before it is published. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of generated content.
7. Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Razorpay). You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to paid features ends thereafter. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Slack app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, stored access tokens are purged; you may request deletion of your data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
